Abstract
From body to object

In my artistic practice I often work with the issues of the body and physicality, because often what hurts mentally, also hurts us physically. Feelings at the level of the psyche and the body are always inseparably connected. Suppressed emotions are reflected in the behavior of the body, causing tension, restricted movement and physical pain.

Up to a certain point, it seemed to me that bodily knowledge could not be equal to out-of-body knowledge. I asked myself whether research in this direction may have any artistic value? In my research, I try to find connections and relationships between the knowledge related to the mind and the knowledge coming from the body, and to observe and study the forms that it takes.
